Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Special Event Manager - Box Office specialist to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of ticketing operations for our dynamic events. This role offers the opportunity to oversee guest services, manage gate staff, and ensure seamless ticket sales and customer experiences. We are in search of a team-first person that can thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at communication, and have a passion for hospitality and event management!

Requirements for Employment: Candidates must have clear criminal and driving records and comply with a criminal record and DMV record check, must have valid driver’s license, possess the physical ability to work in an outdoor setting in all types of weather conditions, and possess the physical capacity and stamina to perform duties associated with the position (up to 18 hour work days on event dates, carry weights up to 25 lbs, lifting, walking, climbing steps), flexible schedule to accommodate work related activities on weekdays, weeknights, weekends and some holidays.
