Join us for this FREE family-friendly concert! Take a musical journey across the big screen and find what makes a ‘hero‘ and what makes a ‘villain’. Enjoy tales of inspiration and bravery with John Williams’s “Superman March”, Grieg’s music from Peer Gynt, selections from West Side Story and Tchaikovsky’s Fifth Symphony, and more.

Virginia Symphony Orchestra Concert in the Park

The nineth annual Virginia Symphony Orchestra Concert in the Park presented by The Perry Family Foundation and TowneBank is Sunday, July 20, from 6pm to 10pm (show starts at 8:30pm) at Town Point Park along the Downtown Norfolk Waterfront.

Produced by Norfolk Festevents, admission to the concert is free and open to the public. The evening will include gourmet artisan foods and beverages for purchase. Town Point Park will open at 6pm for pre-concert picnics.
