Salary: $38,000 – $46,000 based on experience
Summary/Objective The Accounting/Assistant Business Manager directly supports the CFO with the efficient business management of the Non-for-profit special events corporation to ensure all financial and business office functions are completely and properly performed by the staff.
The position is also responsible for assisting the CEO and President with the organization and management of corporate documents including records and communications with Board members, City officials and senior US or international military leaders.
The Accounting/Assistant Business Manager must have a familiarity with project management, and preferred Non-for-profit financial management. The Accounting/Assistant Business Manager will be available to assist the CEO & CFO in the overall mission of the organization in supporting various reporting on current business and community-based projects.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand for multiple hours and walk or maneuver around the various functions of the business 8 hours per day.
The ability to meet with internal and external project stakeholders, with reasonable accommodation as to not interfere with various scheduling of meetings and events.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some after hours on call needs may arise as is standard practice in the industry with this type of role in a company. This is a Salary position and may require after hours work at high peak times.
