In the event of severe inclement weather, the Norfolk Waterfront Jazz Festival will be moved inside to the Norfolk Scope. Please note that Norfolk Scope Rules & Regulations prohibit outside food, drink, coolers, and chairs.
**If the Norfolk Waterfront Jazz Festival is moved indoors to the Norfolk Scope due to severe inclement weather, the VIP Lounge will be held in a seperate meeting room which does NOT have a viewing area of the stage.
