The Made in Virginia Wine Tasting will feature wine sampling from Virginia Wineries as well as craft beers from Virginia and more! Wines will be available by the glass, bottle and case. Craft beers will be available to purchase in sample sizes or by the pint. The Colours Junkanoo Street Party
Twenty-five members of the world famous parade unit from Nassau, Bahamas will travel to Norfolk to perform “rushouts” throughout the weekend. Making music from goatskin drums, cowbells, whistles, horns and conch shells and wearing beautiful and vibrant handmade costumes – this is a performance NOT to be missed!

Dan made his living for decades as a freelance illustrator, winning competitions in everything from street painting to sand sculpture. At the same time he began mesmerizing audiences by producing 8-by-10-foot masterpieces in the streets and parks of Raleigh, North Carolina, his hometown.

BuskerFestNFK
The first BuskerfestNFK was launched at the 40th Anniversary of the Norfolk Harborfest. In celebration of the Busker movement across the nation and the popularity of Busking in Hampton Roads, we are excited to announce returning to Harborfest this year BuskerfestNFK@Harborfest. Norfolk Festevents is excited to invite the community to come out to support this first ever event where street performers are showcased in a whole new way.
