On behalf of the Norfolk Festevents’ 2018 Norfolk In-Water Boat Show Committee, we are excited to share with you information about our new 2018 Show planned for 

Thursday – Saturday, September 13 – 15, 2018, 12 noon – 7 pm Daily
at the Waterside Marina, Town Point Park and the recently opened Waterside District,
Downtown Norfolk, VA Waterfront. 

Downtown Norfolk has seen the remarkable development of many new attractions, hotels, shopping, dining and entertainment venues since our last Norfolk show many years ago, creating an even more exciting location to host this new In-Water Boat Show experience.

The Show Committee has worked together over the past year to build a show that will be attractive and productive for you, your current buyers and potential customers!

Please review the enclosed materials concerning your space needs so we can best support your level of interest. 

We understand it may be difficult to make final decisions this early regarding your space needs, however, to build the best show possible, we are requesting space reservations and deposits by March 15, 2018.  We appreciate your cooperation and we look forward to answering your questions throughout the process.

Instructions to apply for your space in the 2018 Norfolk In-Water Boat Show:

• Return your Exhibitor Application and 25% Deposit to Karen Scherberger at Scherbergerk@festevents.org  or by mail to Norfolk Festevents, Attention Karen Scherberger, 120 W. Main Street, Norfolk, VA 23510 by March 15, 2018.
• Once Exhibitor Application and 25% deposit has been received and processed, a final Contract/Lease Agreement will be issued confirming product lines, exhibit space and remaining fees and documents. 

Space allocations will begin in late April/early May provided we have received your Exhibitor Application and deposit.
