Eat, drink, and salsa the night away at the 18th Annual Norfolk Latino Festival! Live explosive music from Joe Torres, DJ Mangu, Tumbao Salsero Orchestra, Latin food, dance lessons, face painting, crafts, soccer, bi-lingual story time and more spice up Town Point Park Saturday, July 28, 2018 along the downtown Norfolk, VA waterfront! 
 
As the sun goes down and the stars come out, the largest outdoor, waterfront dance floor in Hampton Roads heats up with the hottest salsa, meringue, and guaguanco dancing on the East Coast!
