Norfolk Festevents presents a new Stay-At-Home Schedule of Events, beginning on Monday, April 27, 2020. Amid the ongoing national, state, and city guidelines to ban large events for the near future, the new series will bring an eclectic variety of family-friendly entertainment and activites to homes across the region through live videos and interactive experiences.
The Festevents Stay-At-Home series, in which participation is free, combines the unique elements of festivals, such as live music, food and beverage tastings, and family fun, and transforms those elements into a virtual format for the community to enjoy in the safety of their own home.
All events and performances will be streamed live and/or posted on the Norfolk Festevents Facebook page. Norfolk Festevents encourages the audience to interact during live segments with questions and recommendations, as well as their own stories of how they are staying busy at home.
