Town Point Park is located on the Downtown Norfolk Waterfront adjacent to the Waterside Festival Marketplace on Waterside Drive.

AMTRAK has come to Norfolk! With the addition of the AMTRAK Station in Downtown Norfolk, it has now made travel for out of towners even easier! Forget the long car rides, hop on AMTRAK andlet them do all the "driving" for you! Exciting Festivals, Vibrant downtown life, picture-perfect views on the Elizabeth River and much much more is right around the bend. Downtown Norfolk has
it all and Amtrak Virginia can take you there.

Town Point Park is located at
Mile Marker Zero on the Intracoastal Waterway on the
Elizabeth River and is easily accessible by Boat. Please check Boater Information

during Harborfest weekend
and other Events.

West towards Norfolk.

Waterside Drive.

Parking in Downtown Norfolk

There are more than 19,000 metered and garage parking spaces in
Downtown Norfolk within walking distance to the park or on the NET bus route. 


For easy access to Town Point Park, there are 3 garages to use.

  • Waterside Parking Garage: located on the corner of Waterside Drive and Atlantic Ave, the entrance is located on Atlantic Ave.
  • Town Point Parking Garage: located on the corner of W Main Street and Boush Street, the entrance is located on W Main Street.
  • Main Street Parking Garage: located on the corner of W Main Street and Atlantic Ave, the entrance is located on Atlantic Ave.
